My recent 4x5 B/W portrait of Hiroko has been shortlisted for the AFAEP (Association of Fashion & Advertising Photographers) Student Awards, and will be exhibited at the AFAEP Gallery in Clerkenwell, Domingo Street, London EC1. I have been working in this large format B/W series of portraits for the last few months, collaborating with up and coming make up artists and people who I find interesting while walking in the streets of Central London. The extra arm in the image, is from the Japanese make up artist who happened to be a friend of Hiroko.
